I Gayatri Rout, having PAN No. ASLPR****M has purchased a commercial Vehicle Mahindra Blazo truck bearing Model No ZPHAPHDSAAB**ABY, CHASSIS NO:- K*G*****, ENGINE NO:- VCKZF***** on dtd:- **/**/**** from Choicewheel Automotive Private Limited

AT-KHAIRA,P.O-BADACHANA,DIST-JAJPUR,ODISHA - ******

At the time of vehicle purchase I have paid all my TSC amount in their show room.

At the time when I made my IT return file it came to my knowledge that till now they have not paid my TSC amount.

After that due to lock down period I am unable to visit their showroom so that I have tried to contact them over phone for my TCS certificate to Mr. Amarjit Bhuyan (+** ***** *****) he told me please contact with Mr. Nihar Mishra (+** **********) I have called him but he has not pick up my phone call so the I have whatsapp him several times and asked for provide me my TCS certificate but I have not received any reply from him so after that I have collected Mr. Suman contacted no (+** **********) and call him several times but he has not picked up my call nor called back to me.

What can I do Sir………….. ? No body of Choicewheel Automotive Private Limited, JAJPUR,ODISHA staff co-operate with me.



Please make an arrangement to send my TCS certificate so that I will be obliged or provide me procedures how I can goat my TCS certificate
