Tcl 55 Inches Android - TCL TV replacement not done even after Complaint

I purchased TCL ** inch TV in ****. My screen got scribbled in August **** and complained for the same. The technician visited and registered complaint and assured me there will be replacement as the TV was under warranty. After that from service center they again and again assured me the TV will be delivered after one month. The area manager after * months didn't agree to deliver the replacement TV and said they have left the company. I even called their service center in which one the representative openly said to file consumer complaint. It's a pathetic experience and mental harassment I want to file case against area sales manager and service employees.
