booked taxi at * am for pick up at *.** from Pune Airport and payed *** deposit for that.

When i reached pune airport at *.**, there was no taxi so i called merchant who sent me one driver details and having spoken to that driver i came to know he was another side of pune so i wont be there before * am least.i said this is no acceptable.

Merchant then sent another driver details who didnt pick up the call.

Merchant then sent *rd driver ( named kolpe) detail who said he is coming by * am but he didnt arrive by then so i had to pick another taxi go reach at my destination in time.

Please look into this matter deeply.Merchant seems running fraud practices and scamming people who are new to pune. I wasted ** mins doing calls here and there which is wasted efforts too.

I was not new hence why i confronted the driver with his location and realised they all were not near to airport so wont be there in ** mins time.

Merchant lied on all occasions.

If needed, please shut down thier business from your site as they will ruin your reputation too.
