Red Taxi - Taxi Booking with incorrect details and lots of errors

I have booked for a outstation trip yesterday mentioning need to go for view points, customer service booked additional **km .But today once the place is reached driver mentioned that the red taxi not allowed to go to view point as per Nilgris rule? Then why customer service booked by cheating on me. I had lost few thousand rupees on this.

I have called booking team to register the complaint * times, they said package team will call back. but on the call of *th time only someone register the complaint.

When the trip is ended, they amount was charged **** extra, and i told driver I am going to complaint about it, then he called the complaint team and they said there is some thing wrong in the gps tracking and recalculated the amount and then driver returned **** Rs back to me.

Customer service called me and Said driver didn’t remove the sticker and they will train him on this but driver told me that he is aware that the sight seeing is not informed to him. Everything is managed poorly from the start to end.

Worst driving experience with red taxi on these issues with material and energy loss.
