Madurai Kamaraj University - Tatkal convocation certificate not received

This week June **th ****, I applied the my degree convocation in tatkal procedure. Last month June I visited the university there are said tatkal time over can't apply that time I collected all the details and total amount fees. I visited June **th **** second time
I paid the amount Rs.****
Then received the payment receipt and fill the form submitted to the office in time **.** Am
Mr.Mani received check with all the details he said come back at *.**pm collecte you convocation.
Evening *.**pm I visit to university controller room my name not available in that day tatkal list.
Again I went the reception I asked about my name not available in list they are said your not submitted application.
Then one lasy is came she search the table found the application front of me.

Mr. Mani came he said it my mistake wait some time I'll get done your convocation. I wait more than *hour
Again Mr.Mani came he said your records not found tomorrow morning I'll get it and I send you courier to your home. But I applied tatkal I pay the money that I didn't receive. Mr. Mani gave his mobile number tomorrow morning I'll send you can go now.
Today June **th **** I called him not answering my call. Certificate also not received.
