Tata Sky India - TataSky Cheat Customers By Wrong Due Date Calculation

this is with reference to my tata sky id ********** for which the due date is calculated wrongly every month. I doubt like this they may be cheating from other customers also. for my case I received message from tatasky on *th september **** morning that "your tata sky Id will get deactivate tonight" which clearly shows that I have paid for *th september **** till midnight. I have recharged on *th september **** which is supposed to deduct from *th september **** on daily basis till ** days which completes on *th october **** till midnight. But after recharge i received sms from atatsky that "next recharge date is *th-Oct-****" instead of *th-oct-**** which clearly shows a deficiency of * days which tata sky is making their own income from lakhs of customers by cheating. Even the call centre executives are not willing to understand this simple thing. I have to speak with * executives(bireshwar, sonali, pooja) to explain this simple thing.
