I subscribed to Tata Play Binge's online subscription plan (Flexi Lite) for Rs. ***/month (online registration) on **/November/**** to watch LIVE sports content on the Binge website, using my registered mobile number for their online subscription. Unfortunately, none of their LIVE sports content (Sony Liv) is available or working on my laptop/PC. Since taking their online subscription, I have been getting a blank/black screen or an error code: SPN_*** (Video Unavailable) for the past * week and have missed all the live content/matches as I result. I have raised many online/app complaints through their help & support (chat option), emails, and calls, but they have still not resolved the issue and have not called back or given any resolution for the past * week. I am seeking a full refund of the money that I paid for their non-working/non-functional subscription.
