Tata Motors - Tata Nexon vehicle breakdown within 15 days of the purchase and second breakdown within 10 months

I had a Bad experience with a Purchase from Tata Motors. Suffered immensely both physically and mentally due to Service center and Company's Neglect.The Vehicle Tata Nexon which was delivered to me had manufacturing defect and the pre delivery checks were also neglected.During the whole period the staff misbehaved and blamed me for the defect also there was a delay in repair which led to me picking up the vehicle from Nagpur on the day my Baby is born during lockdown. I had to visit workshop multiple times during the first month (**** Km ). A detailed note and events from day * are provided in email communication with Both Tata Motors and dealer team Looped in .
This was not enough so that the vehicle is under second breakdown and I don't know what's wrong with the vehicle except the fact that they are replacing car parts . Request you to help me with this case in reaching the appropriate forum *. On delivery the vehicle alignment was not proper and it had a severe left pull. *.The Vehicle coolant got mixed with Oil leading to car breakdown within ** days of the Purchase. *.Unprofessional behaviour from Tata Motors and Jaika dealer ignoring my emails for apology and compensation for emotional loss I have incurred during the stressful time on my wife's first pregnancy. *. No details provided on the root cause and steps performed to resolve the issue. *. The car is under the second breakdown within ** months and the radiator is being replaced a similar engine heating issue. No response received on INGRAM Grievance- ******* and the complaint regarding the same is closed without informing me. Request the consumer forum to help with the following *) I want Tata Motors to recall the vehicle and provide me with a immediate replacement as my life and my family's life is at risk with the defective product.*) I demand compensation for the loss that has occured and written apology from both parties ( Tata Motors and Dealer) for neglect and mental torture during the critical time of my wife's pregnancy.
