I had purchased Tata Altroz Dark Edition on Dec **** and was promised second key delivery within * months of delivery. It's more than * months I havent recieved my second key. I had checked with both dealer and Tata Motors but to no resolution yet. Tata Motors response to their customers are not in par with Industry standards. Speaking to their Customer Relations Supervisor was also not met with a resolution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
