Tata Motors Gokulam - Tata Motors not respecting AMC contract

I took Annual Maintenance Contract (Gold AMC) for my Nexon bearing Reg. no. KL**T**** on ** Sept. ****, when I went for the *rd & last free service by paying Rs. **,***/ for a period of * years.

On the AMC document (attached) the duration is mentioned as * years but end date is showing I year duration.

Now, when I went for my next service (*th service -paid one), I was advised that my AMC is valid for only one year. This was shocking to me and I immediately contacted the customer service Manager at Gokulam motors as well as the Regional customer Service Manager of Tata motors. I made an official complaint through Email also on ** May ****, and a follow up mails on * Jun’ ** & *nd Aug’ **.

To date I have not received any official reply from anyone.

However, after repeated follow ups through WhatsApp and over phone, the Customer service manager of Gokulam motors advised me that I have to take * years Extended warranty for Tata motors to respect the AMC contract. He also advised me that they can provide me with the extended warranty at a discounted price of Rs. **,***/- All these communications was over the phone and there is not any record for these.

For me it's not worth to spend another Rs. **,***/- (Total= **,***+ **,***= **,***) for * year's maintenance of the vehicle.

Has this been advised to me, at the time of taking AMC, I wouldn't have opted for the AMC.

It's a mistake from Gokulam Motors/ Tata motors for which they are penalising the me.

Hence I want Tata Motors/ Gokulam Motors you to respect the AMC for * years as agreed.
