TATA MOTOR FINANCE LTD PUNE AND MUMBAI - Tata Motor Finance Ltd Vehicle Loan recovery harassment through Mobile Call

*. I borrowed a Vehicle loan for a periodicity of ** months for purchasing TATA Nano CX car.
*. Only one instalment out of ** amounting to Rs.*,***/- was bounced, which was paid successively through Swipe Machine of TMFL along with administrative charges of Rs.***/-.
*. Moreover, due to technical problem, the executive of TMFL could not come to collect the instalment, which was later paid to him on his arrival.
*. It appears that this one instalment of Rs.*,***/- has not been accounted by TMFL as on enquiry, the same did not reflected against my Loan Account.
*. Several times I personally visited TMFL office at Chaturshringi and at Wakdewadi and submitted details of all my payments made including swipe machine receipt.
*.The Officers of TMFL too agreed about the genuineness of my account and agreed to provide NOC.
*. For past * years on many occasions, I requested to produce the same, but in vain.
*. For past two to three months I and my wife are receiving calls from Mumbai call centre demanding Rs.***** to Rs.***** towards the loan account.
*. The representatives are harassing and using abusive language without sorting any information from Pune Office and also without gathering appropriate information of loan account and representations submitted to TMFL in preceding * years.
**. I have sent several e-mail communication before closure of loan account.
**. Finally, the case was explained in person to Mr. Yogesh Shukla of TMFL, Pune Wakdewadi Office and he assured to look into the matter considering the genuineness of may case since last * years. His Mobile No. is **********
**. My plea is to redress my complaint for the harassment and abusive language we are receiving from the Centre of TMFL. There is no outstanding whatsoever against my loan account and I have never defalcated any instalment.
