We purchased a iBall tab delivered on June ** and it was defective we kept following up with the team. It was an online delivery. They refused to come to the delivered address they wanted me to travel ** km away from my place to get it fixed. I said why should I it's not my fault after all. After them they refused to to attend my calls and my emails as well.
