Oyo The mangrove wood residency - Tariff variation

I have booked a room at The mangrove wood residency,Medavakkam,chennai.The booking period was from **jan to ** Jan ****.and paid the full amount shown in the site and got booking confirmation,when I went there in person they informed as that they have stopped booking online and asked for additional amount of rupees four hundred and forty eight (***/-).and i have paid the same thru Gpay.Actually the additional amount is not a problem but confirmation of should be verified and then booking should be confirmed,please take action and do it in future.
