Right now I am very disappointed because of the quality of royal enfield.,I heard a lot about the unmatched superiority and best quality of royal enfield bikes but I personally feeling regret after purchasing reborn *** chrome bronze.,just within * days of purchase why the colour of my bike’s tank is getting peeled off.???
Dont you think that its been an awful sad experience for a new happy customer who was happy after purchasing new bike of most popular brand in india.
As Customers like me dont know which things to check while getting the delivery of new bike and also we cant check the colour and quality because of the believe we have on Royal Enfield bike and their sales team.,We believe them without any hesitation. We as a customer never have a doubt on the quality of royal enfield.
I have to submit my bike to service centre just After * days after purchasing…and after * days of submitting Today i got a very sad and unexpected reply from Royal Enfield team that they rejected my request and they said that they cant change or fix the colour issue of tank…they told me that its my responsibility to check the quality of bike while purchasing.
It simply means that i have paid the price of believing the Royal Enfield brand blindly. Anyways i cant do anything to anyone because Royal Enfield is big brand and they will not listen my voice as i am just a customer. I know its my fault to believe Royal Enfield things blindly…
