Talk charge - Talkcharge dissolved and my balance cant be used

I have used Talkcharge for many many years and i have accumulated ***** in my balance after various recharge done and also after receiving cashback as per Talkcharge offer. After a certain period they allowed us to use some amount of our balance per month with a CAP system which ended after a few months. Then they asked us to do some amount of flat amount payment so we would be able to utilize all our balance but that also they cancelled. Basically they wanted to gather as many amount as possible from users and then not allow them to use their earned balance as well. This all is our hard money and cashback scheme was introduced by Talkcharge itself so we must get our balance back atleast we should be able to pay bills from that
