Reliance finance limited mumbai - Taking Money in the name of processing fees and NOC for loan

I was searching on the google chrome for personal loan in which I have visited a website and fill my details .The next day I got a call saying that he is from Reliance finance limited . I applied for ***** loan for my personal urgency .He ask for processing fees of **** and he ask the aadhar ,Pancard,voter I'd and bank details. After we communicate I told him that processing fees are deducted from the amount we apply for .but he keep on insisting that its our company rule that we charge processing fees earlier.after I give that amount ,he call from another number stating that I have to clear NOC from RBI .I declined but he keep on calling me the whole day .He start forwarding adhar card pan card for himself .after I pay amount of **** for NOC he started asking for**** for insurance again .After he get the amount .he started talking rubbish things ,he said he has lost *lakh rupees in search of a job so I will take money from people
