Henry Harvin institution - Taking extra money and after I want my money refund they refused

I join henry harvin and I pay ***** amount for the CPC exam and cpc exam course. At the joining time the CPC exam fee is ***** and course fee is *****, total *****. After completing course they told me to pay extra ***** money if am not paying that money they told me they do not register my CPC exam. I told to my manger regarding this manager told me to pay only ***** but the support team force me to pay *****. After I paying ***** they my manager told me they give me my refund of ***** within ** days standard policy. But after * months passed they do not received my any call, not replying me on massage. The Man faheem Ansari after **+ days pass called me and told me the amount they do not refund me and give me option to extend my membership or take another course. I do not want to membership or any course. And they refused me and I told to that person I will take legally action on institute the man on call he told me take a legally action and nothing can be happens.
