i am very old customer of airtel dth,my customer no is **********.i have used two connection in same id within last two years,on dated *th march'** i make a call to airtel customer care and request to him disconnect one connection.he has assured with * working days your one connection has been disconnected.but till the date **th march'** my both connection are working then once again i make a call to his customer care and talk to his superior Miss Anita,she has refused to disconnect my one connection and she advised to me i'll freeze your both account and provide you a new connection and you return set up box to the company,when i asked how much amount will company return then she reply company will not return a single rupee,then i told her i had pay rs**** to the company for the second setup box then i'll not return setup box you disconnect my one account.then she refused to disconnect the connection and neither she transfer my call to his superior nor she ready to return my money.
