I had purchased some items from Vishal Mega Mart on ** oct **** and they give me the carry bag and takes the cost ** rs, i want to know shopping mall and other store can't takes the carry bag charges according to the court decision so how can they charged me ** rs for carry bag, if they take the carry bag charges then it should be *-* rs, ** rs is very high for the cheap carry bag, they takes carry bag charges from every customer who take it, Necessary action should be taken against them.

They are changing extra for carry bags with even giving the bill. When I said him for bill. They charged extra *rs with **rs. And give me a bill of another shopping bag with another article number.
