Al ameen filed complaint against jio fiber net (RELIANCE) on Dec 25, 2022
On **th of dec the sales executive came and took money from me guaranteeing that within * hour they will do the installation process. Its been ** days till now and they haven’t even called me once for the installation process. When ever i call the customer care they use to say that within ** hours your installation will be done. After this much of issues when i asked them to refund they are saying it will take another ** days for the refund. Till date I haven’t received any service from them and they have taken money from me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
