Minimalix - Taken money but doesn t provide services or refund

This company told me to provide services once I do payment. I did payment and they are not receiving calls and now they have blocked my number. They were offering me * leads of interior design in Ahmedabad in Rs ****. Please help. This is a Fraud company.
