Balaji Communication - Take wrong charges of mobile phone

Today I purchase one mobile from Balaji Mobiles in Nellore. The mobile regular market price is ****/- to ****/- but that Balaji mobiles store was charged ****. And one earphone MRP ***/- but that company charged ***. The company charged more than MRP and earphone is also not working. The company charged extra ***/ for installation purpose (Like What up, Facebook). Kindly please support me. I lose my money. The company total charged ****/- from me without the bill.
