Raj Ayurveda - Take too long to deliver the order

I place an order online on Friday Date: **/**/**** on Rajved.in website. But they did not give me any info about dispatch my product. After a few days I called them they said that no stock available we will ship you on Monday **/**/****. But till I wait for **/**/**** and I called and email them that I do not want the product any more cancel it but they said it's already shipped I cannot cancel. They refused my request to return the item. I told them it already too late as I mentioned in my previous mail also. Because your company take ** days to deliver the product that's why it's not used for me now. Other companies take * days only to deliver the product. But your company take too long to deliver the order so I request for return but the company did not accept it.
