i m buy a car policy at Krishna Hyundai Jorhat for renew my policy.When I paid all amount then I saw my policy no claim bonus is lower then the previous year.I complaint against them then she apologized me that I refund my excess taken amount Rs ****.** in one week.But One month completed I couldn't refund my excess payment till today.
