Tag vacation India Ltd - Tag Vacation Company s Fraud

On **/**/****, Monday, I received a call from mob no +** **********, +** ********** stating that we are calling from tag vacation company and we got information from Livpure Pvt ltd.that you are a loyal customer of Livpure, in this regard it is our promotional call we have selected some families and we are inviting you for snacks and dinner arranged by us at today's evening i.e. on **/**/****. And further we will provide you the free * days * nights pass for domestic travel in india.
They send address of hotel through whatsapp message and We googled the address of venue found to be correct so we have reached the address Ansal plaza, Hyaat Centric, Janakpuri, new Delhi at *:** Pm. After reaching there we found something suspicious as No dinner arrangement was there but they have welcomed us and informed that we have called you for our promotional activity. And told us that Recently they have completed their company formation so as tourism industry is adversely affected by corona pandemic so we are offering some good promotional activity. So please listen us carefully and than decide.
They explained everything about their company and offered their membership plan and explained the features of plan of ** yrs basically for which they have invited us. Actually they hides many facts and truths of their membership plan as well as they lied to us that they are owner of around ***+ properties in india rated *-* star. And informed also that they are having some good properties in abroad also as well as they are having associated properties with tie up with any other company. They have explained us features of RCI membership also.
For which initially they have offered membership prize of Rs *.** lacs and then after further discount came to Rs * lacs and told us that this prize is for today only they have not given us any time to think about it. When i denied then they offered * yrs and * yrs plan And taken confirmation , we choose * yrs plan emi option but they debited my credit card with full amount Rs ** thousand and converted it into EMI with
**.** % interest rate immediately without my confirmation.
After coming home we have verified their information on internet and other resources and found that they have cheated us. And we further decided to cancel our membership plan and next day immediately inform to company for cancellation of membership plan and refund of full amount.
As we have not availed any of their services as of now so we are demanding refund of our full amount Rs ** thousand plus interest. But now company is not responding and denied for refund.

In this regard we would like to inform you that they have cheated and taken our hard earned money.
