Chandrasekhar Ramamurthy filed complaint against OPTIMA TABLE FAN FN 30 on Apr 15, 2021

*. Was double charged for the fan when it was a prepaid order;
*. The fan delivered was found defective and from very old stock (Carton was flithy)
*. Defective fan collected back but no acknowledgement provided till date
*. No refund of the prepayment as well the second charge seems to be forthcoming. Unable to log into my account at Shopclues to check status.
