MIRC ELECTRONICS LIMITED - Systemic Service Fraud and Verbal Abuse by Onida Service Head Rohtak Demand for Full Refund Damages

I am registering this complaint against MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida) for an absolute breakdown of consumer ethics, fraudulent service logging, and the verbal harassment of a business owner.
The Product & Warranty:
I purchased an ONIDA **** Model *-in-* Convertible Cooling * Ton * Star Split Inverter AC (Serial No: IR***MJS-T#**CE*#****** / IR***MJS-N#**CE*#******) via Flipkart on **-**-**** (Invoice: FAC*LO**********). The unit is well within its *-year comprehensive warranty.
The Service Fraud:
This AC is installed at my commercial premises, One* Unisex Salon. During its first summer season, the unit failed to provide any cooling. Between April and May ****, I raised four official complaints (Ref Nos: KA******A******, KA******A******, KA******A******, KA******A******). In a shocking display of malpractice, the local service center under Mr. Keshav closed every single ticket with fraudulent remarks like "client not available" and "invoice missing" without ever visiting the site.
Verbal Harassment & Misconduct:
During a conference call on May **th with Onida seniors (Mr. Mohit & Mr. Rawat), the Rohtak Service Head, Mr. Keshav, used abusive and unparliamentary language, explicitly shouting derogatory threats like "nanga ho jau" to intimidate me. I have the complete audio recording of this misconduct as proof.
Business Impact:
The lack of cooling in a professional salon during peak summer has led to massive client attrition and direct financial loss. Onida’s refusal to honor its warranty has resulted in both business and mental harassment.
My Demands:
Full Refund: Immediate refund of the purchase price plus interest (Total ₹**,***/-) as the product is defective and the service network is compromised.
Compensation for Damages: Recovery for documented business loss and mental agony caused by the service head's harassment.
Written Apology: A formal written apology from MIRC Electronics and Mr. Keshav for the verbal abuse and fraudulent ticket closures.
Disciplinary Action: Confirmation of action taken against the Rohtak service partner for bringing the brand into disrepute.
I have already issued a **-hour legal notice which went ignored. I am now proceeding with this public escalation and a parallel filing with the National Consumer Forum
