4rabet - Systemic Balance Lock and Automated Support Loop Deflection

I am filing a public complaint against *RABET (operated by Umbrella Development B.V., Curaçao License #****/JAZ) for a severe breakdown in their internal data systems and a refusal by automated customer support to escalate a verified technical ticket.

My account has a verified balance of ₹*,***,***.**. A Senior Support Agent (Raj Kumar) formally confirmed in writing via email that the account is experiencing a server-side database synchronization error and that the engineering team is running a manual refresh. Because of this active backend glitch, my user interface wallet balance is broken and frozen at ₹**.

Instead of allowing the engineering team to finish this refresh, front-line support bots (under names like Kashvi and Kazi) are using automated scripts to instantly reject tickets within ** seconds, sending contradictory and physically impossible commands to withdraw amounts my frozen balance interface cannot select.

A formal regulatory complaint has been filed with the Curaçao Gaming Authority (complaints@cga.cw). I demand that *RABET corporate management step in, halt their automated macro bot loops, and instruct senior engineering to manually complete the database sync so my full funds are reflected and accessible.
