Icici Bank Merchant Services - Swiping machine fraud

My brother has taken a swiping machine on June ****. We have taken a swiping machine for business purpose in the name of Yadav foods. First data agent name is K. Raju, he gave us a machine and he explained per annum charges ****/-. He also told us that if we use the machine then charges will be debited from the account. If we don't use machine charges will not be applicable and he didn't explain about monthly charges and cancellation charges. The machine was worst not much expected its facing battery issues. We complained about machine to K. Raju many times but he said use and swipe the cards frequently then we will provide a new machine.
We are so disappointed such a worst response from the executive. Due to the machine battery issue, we didn't use machine we had cancelled machine on **th November ****. We handed over to first data office at Ammerpet. They gave us a slip for cancellation and they told us it will be get cancelled. You will get a message to your mobile number but I didn't get any cancellation message from ICICI. I called regarding cancellation to Mr K. Raju he told me that the machine was cancelled. Even I have a slip I am attaching it too. Please find the attachment. But on **st March **** Rs. *,***/-(six thousand and two hundred forty-six rupees only) debited from the account. It's so ridiculous. We called K. Raju about money deduction. The response was bad he told me that he sent a mail to ICICI about deduction. I will soon get a reply mail. I called plenty times he said there is no reply from ICICI. He said to go to first data office and check for a solution. I went to the first data office yesterday there is also the response is worst. We don't know whom to contact. I didn't expect such a worst service from ICICI. Although I don't know information about monthly and cancellation charges. Before cancellation, no one told us about charges. It's not my fault but they deducted money from the account without information. Please help in refund my money back and please cancel NACH from my account. Make sure that from next time onwards it won't repeat. I called many times to ICICI merchant service customer care but the call was not connected to customer care executive. At the first data office, I asked Uma Bhupathi (manager) contact no. but they refused to give the no. Is this the right way to treat the client. Such a cheap and disgusting experience.
Please accept my request. Try to refund money back.
