Have noticed that bharatpe has done sudden changes in swiping machine settlement rates are charged twice than previous rates. They have not informed any changes regarding the rates, but suddenly it is downloaded in the app. More over in the application FAQ shows previous rates.
We has a small business man, we do business at less margin, more over they are charging more than double rate than previous. Have incurred loss on this transaction and more over have decided to stop using and stop recommending to my fellow business people.
However, have documented all the screenshot and video proof regarding this issue.
It would be great if they refund the amount.
