I have ordered two times at swiggy and i have provided tip ****rs to each order after the delivery. The delivery partner has received the amount in his delivery application but the problem is weekly payout he didn't received the amount. I have already spoken with help section team and they won't properly respond. Delivery partner was raised a ticket in help section customer service representative told you won't get your tip amount. You can contact the customer from your end. So they had spoken to me regarding this matter.
