army transport - Swift car parcel not recieved

I seen add in olx for swift desire car
when I chat with the guy on olx he is replying me u just transfer the transport amount rs **** (army transport name) u will be get delivery car on next day.
After checking all details u can pay after the whole amount.
As Army transport datails I am transfer transport amount to army transport .
Next day I got a call from delivery boy he is also from CISF army.
He is asking my your car is in Mumbai & If u want delivery u have to pay insurance & GST amount
After paying this amount u will get delivered this car
but after I am paying the amount I am not get delivered car.
Its totally fraud using name of army transport
Please help.
