Sseafarerss Workers India Federation - swif i got goid job but tiny vegan confusion onboard

First of all, thank you for helping me get this cruise job. Everything is going well so far, except for one small adventure  my food situation.

As a vegan, I was expecting meals without meat, eggs, dairy, or seafood. But currently, every meal feels like a surprise game show called Guess Whats in the Plate Today? =

One day the vegetables are swimming happily beside chicken, another day the vegan dish arrives decorated with cheese like it won an award. At this point, even the salad looks suspicious.

I completely understand mistakes can happen onboard, especially in busy kitchens, but I would really appreciate a little more clarity and consistency regarding vegan meals. My goal is to work hard here, not spend every meal doing detective work.
