The Professional Courier - Sweet not yet delivered

We have done parcel on dated **/**/**** for Mumbai one for mira road and other ghatkopar area.
No is ADM****** & ADM******
They told me parcel will be delivered on Thursday evening or Friday morning but today from morning i am following up for the same but still they have nit yet delivered and now two days the parcel will not be delivered.as we already mentioned that parcel contain sweet and want to deliver fast as we have other option of speed post but still it has not been delivered.and asked us to collect the parcel.if it was so then why we would have done courier.if it would be delivered on Monday then sweet will be not able for eatable.
