yashwantsakshi chs - sweegy is unprofessional and dont take action for own mistake

we ordered Hyderabady chicken n roti from swiggy pop and paid through online transaction but order got cancelled from swiggy immediately after payment, we tried that product again to order but it was sold out in *min.when I called customer care on**********spoke to a lady she checked and confirmed that order cancelled from restaurant side.thwn she transferred to Abhishek supervise he started bleming me that order cancellation from my end and he cant help me he is fine if I make any complaint also but he cant give my money back it takes *days also not ready to compensate my inconvenience. this is not expected from company like swiggy I am a regular buyer and everyday facing problems for your service.Abhishek is a worce customer service person and dont deserve to seat as a supervisor
