Jeevan Jyoti Nursing home - Surgery faiure

Eardrum was operated. No information regarding probable chances of failure or success of the surgery was given prior to it. On premature opening up of the bandages the surgeon(Dr. Pradip Kumar Patra) was consulted and i was told it was not an issue as the ear was covered by gel foam. On inspection of the eardrum after some days it was found that the eardrums were still damaged and the surgery had failed. To this the doctor blames me of having removed the bandages prematurely. On asking for compensation only **** has been agreed upon by the surgeon.
