Surelink Internet Services Pvt Ltd - Surelink India pvt ltd Varanasi not addressing and resolving the issue

Surelink is a local Internet service provider in varanasi, i took a connection from them for **+* months (i.e paid for ** months and * months free), using for around * months, i was continuously facing speed related issues, i asked them to upgrade my speed in which they told me they can’t upgrade speed, then i asked them to shift my system to my *nd location, in which they agreed first. One of their guy came to my location, done half of the work and told me he’ll come the next day, but then they didn’t responded, after calling atleast ** times in ** days. Then i talked to their manager asking for help in which he told me I’ll have to bear additional charges of **** just for shifting that device.
I had paid **** as installation and service charges in starting when all the major companies were providing free installation and router. Their plan is also the costliest in current market service providers.
I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me the Appropriate amount on which they ignored my appeal.
