SURAASA Empowering Teachers - Suraasa not refunding token amount

I enrolled on suraasa pgctl course , paid twenty thousand to book my seat but due to emergency situation couldn't go ahead with the course. I asked for refund just two days after depositing the amount. As of today even the course hasn't started yet. But still they are not refunding my amount. Also none of their staff informed me ever that it is non refundable. I contacted Mr.Rishabh on mail, over phone but everywhere he blocked me. That's totally unprofessional and not a healthy thing to do. All the big talks on ethics, mortality are all just fake. Feeling cheated. Please get back my hard earned money
