Solance Industries Ahmedabad - Supply of Faulty Inverter Battery

I had Purchased ***AH Silver Battery **V from Multi Dyanamic Solutions/Gandhidham in May ****.The Battery was manufactured by Solance Industries Ahmedabad.The Battery had ** Months Warranty written on it and replacement Warranty of ** Months.Since Begining,the Battery was not able to give proper backup,for which several compalints were made to Local Supplier.I had even complained that the Battery Piece supplied is Deshaped and needs replacement.But it was not done by the company.This was in June ****,wherein I have got the Proof of Whatsapp Chat.Now the Battery is totally failed,the local person says that it cannot be replaced as it is out of replacement warranty.The company had strategised to pass the time when I had advised them to replace the battery in June ****.
