Mozelo - Supply of Defective Product

Due to Pandemic I bought Zebronics Thunder Bluetooth Headset with Mic - Orange × * vide my Order # ***** dated **.**.**** for my daughter on an emergency. The Headset is faulty and Mozelo Customer Care asked me to send the Images and Video in order to arrange for replacement. After sending requisite details, in spite of several mails and calls to Mozelo Customer care the response was very poor. It si almost more than * month, finally they are asking me to send back the product on my own instead of replacement by the Company. Instead of charging the supplier, Mozelo team is harassing the Customers. While going through the reviews by Customer, it is noticed that several customers are facing similar issue from Mozelo. Some one said in a review that Mozelo is "Chor Bazaar" and I agree to it they are real thief doing roguish business. I wish to file a complaint and request Team Voxya to take up my case and arrange for refund of my money by imposing penalty amount of Rs.*****/- for the delay and harassment by Mozelo.
