Shyam Krupa Enterprise - Supply of defective Airpod Pro Generation Order No

After watching a comparison video on youtube I have purchased Airpod Pro *nd Generation from your website www.shyamkrupaenterprise.com vide order no.***** by paying Rs.****/-. In the referred video it is claimed that your product is having all the features of the original airpod and is of much better quality than other low cost clones available in the market. But when I have received your product it has following defects ;



*. In the youtube video it was claimed that it makes a beep sound whenever we open the cap of the airpod case but in the airpod I have received there is no such beep sound. Short clip of opening of the airpod case multiple times is attached herewith.



*. The right side earbud is having battery issue it is discharging in double quick time as compared to left earbud. At the beginning when both the earbuds are fully charged after using both the earbuds simultaneously, when the left earbud has around **% battery, the right earbud is completely discharged. Screenshot is attached herewith showing the battery level of earbuds.



*. The volume control functionality is also not working as shown in the video, when I try to increase/decrease volume video gets play/pause.



In the comparison video they have used some other product and sent me the defective cheap quality clone which is available in the offline market for Rs.***-***.



As the product I have received is defective and also is not the same quality/features shown in the youtube video, I wanted to return this product.

For returning the product i have raised the compalaint through their whatsapp no and email but they are not reaposnding at all. This is a fraud company doing online fraud with customers.
