Purchased two fans for Rs.****/- through Amazon on ** March ****. One is working well, while other giving thak thak sound, seems to have manufacturing defect with great difficulty lodged a complaint with company. They asked to bring the fan to Service Centre in Bawana DSIDC, which is costing me more than Rs.***/- as the centre is about ** kms away from my house. The company should repair / replace at my residence. I am a senior citizen aged ** year, kindly help.
