I ordered a Asus laptop i* **gererstion through flipcart on **/*/**** which was delivered to me on **/*/**** as a pre condition of open box delivery. I checked the product before delivery agent and immediately tried to return option on Flipkart mobile app. But flifcart app showed me technical error and return claim did not materialized. Subsequently I contacted to customer care on **/*/****. They also checked the technical error issue for return the defective laptop. On **/*/**** Flipkart send me message on my email id ravishankarsoti****@gmail.com to give bank details for refund of money process. Flipkart assured me each time that they will return my money of Rs *****/- . As per email of Flipkart complaint number is - IN***** *************** dated **/*/****. Thus it is clear that I have lodged my complaint within seven days return policy of Flipkart. Now on */*/**** Flipkart has rejected my request with the information that to contact with brand repair centre for resolving defects of laptop
