I am a prime customer of Flipkart, have purchased a lot of items through Flipkart, same way had ordered and paid for a Microwave Oven for Gifting somebody on ** Sep ****. When delivery man came for delivery I was not at home and he was in a hurry so after confirming from him I told him to keep the consignment a side and conveyed the OTP through Mobile. When I came home and checked up the Microwave Oven was damaged, the glass tray must have broken so they have removed it from in side and when I tried to contact him He was not attending initially and switched off the phone afterwards.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
