Our rs **** supercash was shown expired on *st July by mobikwik in our three family accounts maintained by our family with mobikwik which were earned by us by surpassing other mobile wallet offers on bus, hotel and recharge bill payments from mobikwik but at the time of earn, offer tnc were different and subsequently mobikwik changed it wef back date and reduced usage limits, time and made it impossible deliberately to burn it and subsequently shown it expired on *st July ****
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
