In order to make WASHING machine functional, needs to be replaced certain parts nof WASHING machine with New LG parts worthn***** INR, Inspite of new parts, Machine is being break down again.
Technician visited and inspected on customer request..replaced parts were burnt, Customer need to replace another set of new parts worth ****** INR.
Parts replaced were not genuine LG parts, Raja Electronics technician cheated customer by procuring cheaper parts by another vendor, Instead of LG.
We suffered loss of ***** INR for substandard and defective service provided by RAJA ELECTRONICS.
