I am sumathi from chennai .i recharge dth for zee channels which cost rs **.amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not successfull and money also not refunded.i raised a complaint but they are saying we have converted your money into points now you can retry your recharge with this points against any recharge bills any other but there is no points like they said.They are cheating people . i want my money back and compensation .
