Aryan Cargo Packers and Movers - Suitcase not delivered

I had engaged the services of Aryan Movers and Packers for moving household goods from Noida to Jammu. Accordingly my goods are packed and moved. But on delivery one suitcase containing my family's clothes was not delivered. On contacting the concerned person, I have been told that the said suitcase has been delivered somewhere else and it shall be collected from there and send to me. But after continuously following up with them no news of my missing suitcase. The person(Manoj) who was managing this movement had stopped picking my calls or responding to my messages. Thereafter I managed to get the number of owner of the company (Ravi Parkash) and he offered me oy ****/- as compensation which is very less as the cost of the suitcase alone costs **** and missing clothes include expensive sarees. I had insured all my goods and paid premium for the same.

Also at the time of delivery of goods, I was constrained to unload the goods my self as no un-loading person was provided by the Aryan Cargo although they had charged **** for the same in the invoice. I was promised by Manoj hat they would reimburse ****, but still nothing.

I think the way Manoj and Ravi keeps on postponing things, they are used to this kind of stuff and may have cheated many people like this
