Giri filed complaint against Sugdeal on Feb 16, 2020
I ordered lenovo vibe k* note battery for Rs. *** and paid the same thru online payment. Order no *****. Their what app number very short so couldn't confirm my payment details as per their website instructions. So, I sent payment confirmation details to sugdeal@gmail.com. Their customer care number also always switched off. No more reply from their end.
