Class World Wide Pvt Ltd - Suffocation due to chemical hazard

P.Muniyappa who is an esteemed customer for your renowned service and care that is been provided by PVR.This is to bring to your notice that I and my family along with my * years old baby booked ticket today for **:** pm show at PVR spectrum mall at Perambur.After the movie we were heading the exit,There was a huge foam of smoke in the food counter and we started to choke and cough, my kid was almost coughing to the core.This was a shock to see this,i raised the issue saying how chemical can be used while the customers are still at the premise, the staff were trying to misguide me,i stood for while and asked for manager Mr Jai Ganesh, later arrived and said it's new staff deployed for cleaning which was an another shock to us.i demand an explanation to this at the earliest.if any major incident happens who is responsible.Am attached the pic at the premises.i also have raised to one of your team in Chennai.
